How do I request new features?

Great question!

I am adding new features and improving the customer experience all the time. If you have a specific request, please contact me by using the contact page, my phone.

I will try and accommodate all requests. There are a few things that I have to consider with all requests:

  1. Can I make this change without a negative impact on other customers?
  2. Will this have a positive impact on all customers' experience?
  3. Can I do the change myself or does it require capital expenditures?

In most cases, I can accommodate.

I only ask for your patience as I am a one man show which means some additions, modifications, and/or features will take some time.

I will never increase the cost as we add features. My goal with is to provide a product for car shows and car related events across the country to use. Similarly, it is my goal to provide a product that is economical enough for every charity and non-profit club/show/event to use.
